News at Powerhouse Sport CLUB VISITS - To assist with your club order, we can now offer a set of sizing samples or a visit from one of our representatives. DISPLAY AT REGATTAS - Powerhouse Sport will be attending a number of Regattas throughout Ireland, the UK and Europe during the forthcoming regatta season - we will confirm the list of events shortly. If you are an event organiser and would like to have Powerhouse at your event let us know. EUGENE COAKLEY, OLYMPIAN, WORLD AND U23 MEDALLIST AND FORMER WORLD CUP CHAMPION JOINS POWERHOUSE SPORT. Having recently retired from international rowing, Eugene Coakley has taken on an exciting new role in sales and marketing with Powerhouse Sport. Helping introduce the new Power range from Powerhouse, Eugene says “Having spent much of my 16 year rowing career in rowing kit I know just how important quality kit is in the life of rowers and I’m looking forward to using my experience as an athlete to help clubs and individuals customize their kit with the quality and style that Powerhouse sport now provide.” Although his main responsibility is developing the business in Ireland, Eugene has been helping refine the new range on offer this season. Eugene began rowing in 1993 for Skibbereen Rowing Club and in 1995 he started out on an international career rowing for Ireland which would span over 15 years.
