Delivery
We have taken great care to set up this site on a secure server, so you can send us your payment details in complete confidence. If, however you would prefer to order from Powerhouse sport over the telephone, please call 028 9268 9890 with the details of the items you would like to order between 9.00 am and 5.15pm, Monday-Friday.
Methods of payment
We accept the following credit and debit cards:
Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Maestro, Switch, Solo
All card payments are processed via our secure payment facility with HSBC bank.
When using a card to pay online you will need to be the card holder and give the registered card holders address.
All payments are in pounds sterling and inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT). The current VAT rate is 20%
Orders from outside the EU are not subject to VAT
Order confirmation
You will receive an e-mail confirmation of receipt of your order. You may wish to file or print this for your records. Most orders are sent within 48 hours of email confirmation. All items are subject to availability. Anything ordered on a Friday afternoon, during the weekend or on a Bank Holiday will be processed the following working day.
Stock
We try very hard to ensure availability of all items shown on our site, but sometimes things sell out more quickly than we expect. We will email you immediately if we've sold out. If we're waiting for stock we'll tell you how long it will be before we can deliver to you. At this stage you can choose to cancel your order if you don't want to wait.
Delivery
Your order will be despatched by either the Post Office or a courier service. Next Day and most courier services require a signature on receipt. If you are not in a note will be left for you to rearrange delivery or collection.
Our delivery charges are:
UK standard orders | allow 3-5 days (not guaranteed) £5.00
UK Next Day Delivery * £10.00
Republic of Ireland standard | allow 3-5 days (not guaranteed) £6.00
Europe** | (see list below for country list) allow 5-7 days £8.00
Rest of World** | (see list below for country list) allow 10-14 days £12.00
*Next Day Delivery - we can only offer this service for items that are in stock. Orders must be placed before 12.00 noon (Mon - Fri), for the parcel to be delivered on the next working day. It is not available in some parts of the UK
**Europe and Rest of the World deliveries are weight dependant - in some rare cases the charge will be reviewed and we will contact you if this applies.

Customs Information
Any local customs or import duties levied once your parcel reaches your country will be the responsibility of the customer. These charges are outside of our control so we cannot predict what they will be.
Returns and Exchanges
We hope you will be as pleased as we are with our products; however we understand that from time to time you may want to return or exchange an item. A returns form is sent out with each delivery which enables you to send your unwanted goods back to us at our returns address.

Regrettably we cannot refund any item until we receive it. To do this, please take the item to the Post Office and they will provide you with a receipt, which you should keep safely until the refund or exchange is completed.
Please return the unwanted items, unworn and in their original condition and packaging with all labels intact, within 14 days of purchase. We will exchange the item or provide you with a refund. For all garments purchased at shows or regattas, please note that exchanges or refunds will require a receipt. All other orders will require a completed returns form, found on the reverse of the invoice. Please allow up to 14 days for your exchange item to be delivered to you.
Sorry we are unable to refund P+P or returns postage as they are both direct costs.
If you wish to amend any details to your online order, or make a cancellation once it has been confirmed, please call us on 028 9269 9890.
In the unlikely event that your goods are damaged or faulty you are of course entitled to a full refund/replacement, including the cost of sending the items back. Please make sure the item is returned within 21 days.
