Where can I buy Powerhouse Sport products?
Here on our secure site, or at major rowing regattas, and soon to be available at selected sports retailers throughout UK and Europe

Where are your products made?
The majority of our products are manufactured in beautiful Fermanagh in Northern Ireland

How do I wash my garments?
Most of the technical performance clothing should be washed in normal machine wash. Please pay attention to the care instructions, you don't need to use any special detergents or powders, but everything should be washed as soon as possible after wearing, try not to leave your clothes lying damp in the bottom of your kit bag.
All our garments are manufactured using colour fast fabrics; however problems may occur when washing with other non-colour fast garments or dark items of clothing.
For waterproof jackets - You should wash in a regular washing machine, in warm (not hot) water on a gentle cycle. We recommend you use only Non-Biological detergent. Avoid any detergent which has extra UV brighteners, perfumes or whiteners, and fabric conditioners
Fleece garments - machine wash in lukewarm water and tumble dry at a low temperature. Do not bleach; avoid use of fabric softeners, do not iron or dry clean.
For all technical fabrics it is very important to read the care instructions on the garment labels, and follow the advice provided.

Quality assurance
Our advice is to use your common sense and use the product for its intended use. A full time athlete or coach using their product every day will need to replace it sooner than a user who only gets out once or twice a month. A properly maintained and cared for product will obviously last much longer than one which is neglected and abused.

Rips, tears, burns and holes. We know that accidents will happen; we offer a very reasonable repair service. If your product should meet an unforeseen or unexplained accident, please call us so we can talk about your options.

Will my product be repaired or replaced?
If your Powerhouse sport product fails due to a manufacturing defect, our first option will be to repair the item at no charge. As a manufacturer we take pride in all our products and want them to live a long and prosperous life. We know some of you develop a personal relationship with your favourite items, some of which hold sentimental attachments. However if the product is not repairable or the cost exceeds the value of the product we may at our discretion choose to replace the product

I have lost my toggle/buckle
We would be more than happy to pop a replacement in the post. Please email custserv@powerhousesport.com with your full name and address as well as what you're missing. You can also telephone us on 028 9268 9890 if you prefer.

I don't like what I have ordered, can I send it back?
Don't panic, although we hope you will love all our products almost as much as we do. We do understand that occasionally you may want to return or exchange an item. A returns form is sent out with each delivery which enables you to send your unwanted goods back to us at our returns address.

Regrettably we cannot refund any item until we receive it. To do this please take the item to the Post Office and they will provide you with a receipt, which you should keep safely until the refund or exchange is completed.
Please return the unwanted items, unworn and in their original condition and packaging with all labels intact, within 14 days of purchase. We will exchange the item or provide you with a full refund. For all garments purchased at shows or regattas, please note that exchanges or refunds will require a receipt. All other orders will require a completed returns form, found on the reverse of the invoice. Please allow up to 14 days for your exchange item to be delivered to you.
Sorry we are unable to refund P+P or returns postage as they are both direct costs.
If you wish to amend any details to your online order, or make a cancellation once it has been confirmed, please call us on 028 9269 9890.

In the unlikely event that your goods are damaged or faulty you are of course entitled to a full refund/replacement, including the cost of sending the items back. Please make sure the item is returned within 21 days.
