Team Store FAQ

Is it safe to pay by credit or debit card?

Yes, our website uses a secure shopping cart and you can make your payment via the payment provider SagePay or via PayPal. 

I need to change my order, what can I do?

Contact us immediately. Time is of the essence; if the order window is still open, or we have only started production we should be able to help you out. If however the window has closed, or we have already started production its unlikely that we can accommodate  your changes.  Orders cannot be cancelled after production has commenced. 

Why do the prices on our Team Store differ from other club’s prices?

All the prices are agreed with each individual club, based on the complexity of the designs, garment specifications and club order size.

I have missed the order window, can I still order?

Yes, you may be able to place an individual order, however this will not be eligible for the bulk club price, which is available on the Team Store. Your order will be treated separately and is subject to individual pricing which can be 50-100% higher than the bulk prices shown on the team store. Please note we are not able to offer this facility at all times of the year, due to production constrictions. 

The club order window wasn’t open for very long and I didn’t know about it?

We agree the dates for the order windows with your club kit rep, the dates are determined by the rep and/or club committee. As part of the club’s agreement with us, they agree to contact every club member by email with all the Team Store information and order dates. We do not have access to club mailing lists, for data protection reasons, and therefore are unable to send reminders or information to club members directly.  Speak to your club about its communication methods, or offer to help them out. 

My club isn’t listed, where can I order my kit?

If your club doesn’t have a Team Store facility with us, ask your kit rep or someone on the committee to get in touch with us.

Can I get my name on my kit?

This is available as an option on some garments; please enter the name you want carefully, including any spaces. It is your responsibility to check the spelling is correct.

I've received my order - but I have got the wrong size, what can I do?

This is why we ask you to check what you are ordering, and then check again the emailed order confirmation that we send you.  If you have ordered the wrong size and it doesn't fit you we will try to help you out, but please note we are not obligated to offer a refund or exchange if you have made a mistake.  Its like ordering a sofa and finding out it doesn't fit your living room;  you won't normally be able to return it to the furniture shop.  All the custom club clothing is made to order, just for you; we don't keep it in stock and we don't have to take it back if you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong size.  We will try to help you where we can, but we cannot promise that we will be able to take back all items that have been ordered in error, unless we think we can sell them onto someone else. 

When will I receive my order?

All the items ordered through the Team Store are made to order. We don’t start production until the Order Window closes. Orders are typically despatched 4-6 weeks after the order window closing date. This may extend to 8 weeks at holiday periods like Christmas & New Year. You will receive an email to let you know that the orders have been despatched and then your kit rep can make contact to arrange for your order to be collected or handed out.

When will the Team Store re-open?

This is something we agree with your club kit person or committee, usually it will be in advance of the new season, or for important races or events.
