Team Store FAQ
What is a team store?
A team store is a temporary online shop created for your club/ team. It allows everyone to order kit at the same time so all items can be produced together in one batch.
I need to change my order, what can I do?
Contact us immediately. If the order window is still open we should be able to help you out. Orders cannot be changed or cancelled after production has commenced.
Why do the prices on our Team Store differ from other club’s prices?
All the prices are agreed with each individual club, based on the complexity of the designs, garment specifications and club order size.
I have missed the order window, can I still order?
Usually no. Because all kit is made in a single batch, we are unable to accept late orders. A new store window will open later in the season.
The club order window wasn’t open for very long and I didn’t know about it?
As part of the club’s agreement with us, they agree to contact every club member by email with all the Team Store information and order dates. We do not have access to club mailing lists, for data protection reasons, and therefore are unable to send reminders or information to club members directly. Speak to your club about its communication methods, or offer to help them out.
My club isn’t listed, where can I order my kit?
If your club doesn’t have a Team Store facility with us, ask your kit rep or someone on the committee to get in touch with us.
Can I get my name on my kit?
This is available as an option on some garments; please enter the name you want carefully, including any spaces. It is your responsibility to check the spelling is correct.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Unfortunately returns and exchanges are not possible, as all items are custom-made for you, often with a bespoke logo and/or personalised.
If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will replace it.
When will I receive my order?
All items are made-to-order.
Production starts after the team store closes and typically takes 4-6 weeks, plus delivery time.
You will receive email updates when production begins and when your order has been despatched.
When will the Team Store re-open?
This is something we agree with your club kit person or committee, usually it will be in advance of the new season, or for important races or events.
What if my item is faulty or incorrect?
If your item arrives faulty or with incorrect customisation:
- Contact us within 7 days
- Include your order number and photos of the issue
We will replace, correct or refund any item that has been made incorrectly.
