The side panels of the vest are made from a lightweight stretch mesh to enhance breathability and combined with the flat seam joining the front and back panels will disrupt airflow potentially enhancing the aerodynamic effect.
The centre front and back of the vest utilise nano technology with a water repellent treatment resulting in splashes of water beading and falling away rather than soaking in to the fabric.
