This Winter Jacket is made from a 3-ply laminated thermal fabric with a wind/waterproof membrane at it's core - the seams aren't taped for waterproofness so we don't call it a waterproof garment.
The membrane stops wind and rain and the soft fleece inside helps to insulate your body.
